We use ScheduleCTRL as our scheduling and booking software platform provider to operate online booking, customer accounts, and related service management.

We may also share data with service providers who help us run the business (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment processors), and with self-employed cleaners assigned to your booking so they can perform the clean.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising networks or sell data for marketing lists.

6. International transfers

Our services are aimed at customers in the United Kingdom. Some technology providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be in place as required by UK data protection law.

7. Retention

We keep customer and booking records while you use our services and afterwards, in case you resume service in future and for legitimate business, accounting, and legal reasons.
